These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website of IMTronics Technology ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), including all products, services, content and the online store available through it (collectively, the "Website" or "Platform").

IMTronics Technology is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a supplier of electronics manufacturing support solutions, including SMT machines, tools and consumables for PCB assembly.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, browsing products or placing an order, you ("User", "Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Products" – SMT machines, tools, consumables and any other goods listed for sale on the Website.
"Order" – A request placed by the Customer to purchase Products through the Website.
"Account" – A registered profile created by the User to access certain features of the Website.
"Business Customer" – A Customer purchasing Products for commercial/industrial use, typically via bank transfer or bulk order.
"Content" – All text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and materials available on the Website.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Website or place an Order.
If you are using the Website on behalf of a company or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel Orders at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may be required to create an Account to place certain Orders or access specific features.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your Account.
Notify us immediately at sales@IMTronics .in if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

4.1 Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing displayed on the Website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete or current.
Product images are for representation purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at the time of Order confirmation.
In case of a pricing error due to technical glitch or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and refund any amount paid.

4.3 Availability

All Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse any Order at our sole discretion.
If a Product becomes unavailable after an Order is placed, we will notify you and process a full refund for the unavailable item.

5. ORDER PLACEMENT & CONFIRMATION

Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products, subject to acceptance by us.
An Order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment confirmation (for online payments) or receipt of funds (for bank transfer Orders) and issuance of an order confirmation via email/SMS.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other reasonable grounds and will notify you accordingly.
For bulk/business Orders, a separate quotation, proforma invoice or purchase agreement may apply and will take precedence over the standard Website checkout process where applicable.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Online Payments – Credit card, debit card, UPI and net banking, processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) – Available for Business Customers and bulk Orders, subject to prior verification and confirmation of funds before dispatch.

6.1 Payment Security

We do not store your full card details or banking credentials on our servers; these are processed directly by our authorized payment gateway partners.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6.2 Bank Transfer Orders

Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed and dispatched only after funds are confirmed as received in our designated bank account.
Please share payment confirmation/UTR details with us at sales@IMTronics .in to expedite processing.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship only within India.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout or in Order confirmation are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, product availability, remote locations or force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title to Products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to Order confirmation.
It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
For bulk or industrial equipment (e.g., SMT machines), delivery may involve special freight/logistics arrangements and may be communicated separately.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

8.1 Return Window

Products may be returned within (7) days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals and accessories intact.
- Products that have been installed, used, calibrated or show signs of use are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects (see Section 9).

8.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return, unless defective:

Consumables (e.g., solder paste, stencils and similar single-use items) once opened
Customized or made-to-order equipment
Products explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

8.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@IMTronics .in within the ()-day window with your Order ID and reason for return.
Once the returned Product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

8.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (for online payments) or original bank account (for bank transfer Orders) within 7–10 business days of return approval.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the Product received was incorrect, damaged or defective.

8.5 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at sales@IMTronics .in. Once an Order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process above.
We reserve the right to cancel Orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud or Customer request, with a full refund issued where payment has already been made.

9. WARRANTY

9.1 Our Warranty Terms

Products sold by IMTronics Technology are covered by our own warranty terms as specified on the individual product page or accompanying warranty documentation at the time of sale.
Unless otherwise specified, standard products carry a warranty period of [Insert duration, e.g., 12 months] from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

9.2 Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation or unauthorized repair/modification
Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
Damage caused by power surges, environmental factors or accidents
Products used beyond their intended commercial/industrial application or specified operating parameters

9.3 Warranty Claims

To raise a warranty claim, contact us at sales@IMTronics .in with your Order ID, product details and a description of the defect (with photos/videos, where applicable).
Valid warranty claims will be resolved through repair, replacement or part replacement, at our discretion. Warranty does not automatically entitle the Customer to a full refund unless the defect cannot be reasonably remedied.
Any warranty provided by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for third-party components may also apply in addition to our own warranty terms and will be honored in accordance with the OEM's policies.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Content on the Website, including logos, trademarks, product descriptions, images, graphics and design, is the property of IMTronics Technology or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers or Accounts of other users
Upload or transmit viruses, malware or any harmful code
Engage in fraudulent transactions or provide false information during Order placement
Scrape, reverse-engineer or misuse Website content or pricing data for commercial purposes without authorization
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for any User found engaging in prohibited activities.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMTronics Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Products, including loss of profits, business interruption or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim arising from an Order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation disruptions or supply chain failures.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways or services not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party sites and your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them.

15. PRIVACY

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described therein.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida/Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

In the event of any dispute, Customers are encouraged to first contact us to seek an amicable resolution. Grievances may be raised with our Grievance Officer as per the details below, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

While every effort is made to maintain high standards of website functionality, performance and user experience, all product information, business details, pricing, policies and content updates are provided, reviewed and approved by the website owner, IMTronics Technology.
